I wrote Chaos to Zen in a year when nothing felt steady. The book came out of a simple discovery: calm is not something that arrives when life finally settles. It is a place you learn to walk back to, many times a day.
For me that place starts with three small habits. I don't touch my phone for the first half hour. I write one page before I read anything. And when my mind starts racing, I name the one thing I can actually do in the next hour.
None of this is spiritual in a grand sense. It is ordinary discipline. But ordinary discipline, repeated, is what lets the bigger questions get answered without panic.
If your life is loud right now, don't try to silence all of it. Find one quiet corner of the day and protect it like it matters. It does.
